Anyone who has ever dreamed of world cruising in absolute comfort - in any conditions - is familiar with the Hans Chrisitian Pilothouse. This "diamond in the rough" needs a bit of cosmetic work but under her skin all of the systems are in great shape. Her long time owner has paid attention to the really important things as observed in updated wiring, new aluminium tanks for both water and fuel and installing new Lexan lenses in all Pilothouse port lights.

The ammenties aboard "Suenos Del Mar" are quite astounding for a vessel of this size. Just aft of the gear, equipment and chain lockers all the way forward is the athwartship guest stateroom head with toilet, vanity counter with drawers and locker storage everywhere and a full size ceramic tile shower. Moving further aft one enters the full peak main salon with comfortable seating for 8-10. Up a few steps and further aft is the Pilothouse with it's 360 degree visibility. Here is the center of your life on board where you have the pilot station complete with all electronics, a sea kindly U-shaped galley and a huge dining table.

Leaving the Pilot House going aft on the starboard side one goes down to a pilot berth area through which is acced the engine room which houses the 130 HP Isuzu diesel and the diesel generator and an electronics and mechanical locker. Further aft is the master head and ceramic full size shower and finally the mastre stateroom with it's centerline double bed, a comfortable settee and ample locker and hanging storage. The master stateroom is also accessed by a curved staircase just aft of the galley on the port side.

On deck "Suenos Del Mar" is all business from her walk out bowsprit and power windlass to her compact business-like cockpit. She has high bulwarks, wide accessable decks and hand holds just where they should be. Her strong Ketch rig is designed to provide balanced power and simplicity of operation.

Of course, the signature Hans Christian teak joinery is in evidence everywhere. For any sailor looking for a strong, very capable and profoundly comfortable cruising yacht -- this yacht must not be overlooked.
